These terms apply to your use of www.georgeathanas.com (the “website”), the portfolio of George Athanas — composer, music producer, performer and educator. The website is owned by Gemini Active LLC FZ. By using the website you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use it.
Ownership of the content
The website and its content — including text, photography, artwork, logos and the “ga” monogram, music, audio and video recordings, compositions, arrangements and portfolio material — are owned by George Athanas, Gemini Active LLC FZ or the artists, producers, broadcasters and other rights holders credited with them, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws. No ownership or licence passes to you, other than the limited permission described below.
Permitted use
You may browse the website, play the music and videos it presents and share links to its pages, for your personal, non-commercial use.
What is not permitted
Without prior written permission, you may not:
- copy, download, record, reproduce, adapt, publish or redistribute any content of the website, in whole or in part;
- use any music, recording, image or video in another production, broadcast, advertisement, product or online channel, or synchronise it with any visual media;
- scrape, crawl or extract content or data by automated means, including to train or develop machine-learning or artificial-intelligence systems, other than ordinary search-engine indexing;
- frame the website, or present its content as your own or as endorsed by George Athanas;
- impersonate George Athanas or Gemini Active, or use their names, likeness or branding in a misleading way;
- interfere with the website’s operation or security, or use the contact form for spam or unlawful purposes.

Music and videos are played from, and links lead to, external platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, Instagram and others. These platforms are run by their owners under their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Portfolio and service information
The website presents George Athanas’s work, credits, releases, appearances and services in good faith. Credits and details are provided for information, and rights in productions belonging to others remain with their owners. Listing a service, course, past project or event does not mean that George Athanas is available for a particular engagement, date or fee, and information may change without notice.
This website does not take payments. Prices and course details shown on it are for information; purchases, when available, are made through Gemini Active under the terms presented at the time of purchase.
Enquiries and professional engagements
Sending a message through the contact form, by email or by WhatsApp does not create a contract, booking, commission, licence or confirmed engagement, and does not oblige us to reply or to accept any proposal.
Any professional work — including composition, production, arrangement, performance, sound design, lessons and licensing — requires a separate written agreement setting out its scope, fees, schedule and rights. If you include ideas or material in an enquiry, please send only what you are entitled to share.
